BZ & Sons Sweeping was established in 1986 by Zuella and Bob Stumpf Sr. Their motto was "We go the extra mile for you." Over the next two decades, the company grew and expanded to meet the needs of their customers.

In 2003 we became a second generation sweeping company. That's when Connie and Bob Stumpf Jr., after 22 years of honorable Naval service, retired to Paris, Texas. Along with them came their son, Zack.

To reflect the change of ownership to the younger stumpf family, the company's name, BZ & Sons Sweeping, was changed to BZ & Sons Sweeping and Washing. The new name also reflected a new service offered by the company.

In 2008, the company became incorporated when another son, Mike stumpf, joined in the family business with his three sons Michael, Nick and Shane. That made us a third generation company. We have further advanced our company philosophy to incorporate the very latest in technology and Best Management Practices for both the power sweeping and power washing industries.

We have incorporated both a written 'Mission Statement' and a written 'Pledge of Service Excellence and Growth' statement for our company. These are utilized in our training, which focuses on integrity and best practices as well as the standard topics of how to do jobs in a thorough and safe manner.
